Cash For New & Used Clothing/Homeware/Toys/Books

Would you like to double your reward for your collection?
If you would like a voucher to use in store at www.theclearoutstore.co.uk
instead of cash, we will double your reward. 50p becomes £1 worth of voucher.

We pay 50p per kg for clothing in good used condition.

(£1 per kg if taking as a voucher to spend in store)

This means no holes, stains, bobbled, smelly or stretched/shrunk items.

We take all sized clothing from Premature Baby right up to Adults Plus sizes.

We accept all clothing except from the following -

We can not pay for items with work/school logos or used underwear/socks.

We can pay up to £1 per kg for new items of clothing still with tags.

(£2 per kg if taking as a voucher to spend in store)

We pay 10p per kg for used homeware & toys

(20p per kg if taking as a voucher)

We can pay up to 50p per kg for new homeware/toys new with tags.

(£1 per kg if taking as a voucher to spend in store)

Items without sale/price tags that are not in their original packaging will be considered used.

Donations of Clothing and Homeware/Toys
This service is perfect for those who would like help to clear out their unwanted items, but don't have the time to be home for a collection or time to wait while we sort the items before making payment.

DONATION COLLECTION

We will collect good useable condition clothing and homeware/toys.

This means clean items with no damage, no pieces missing, no holes, stains, pet hair, bad odours or signs of prolonged wear/use.

We accept all sized clothing from infants to adults plus size.

Tops, shirts, suits, trousers, jeans, coats, dresses, skirts etc. (No socks or underwear)

We can take items up to the size of a microwave. Including books, toys, lego, games, ornaments, baby care/health aids, arts & crafts materials, handbags, party accessories, kitchen ware. We do not take electricals.

You do not need to be home for a collection if you have somewhere you are happy to leave the items.

Did you know we give more than 50% of our collected items to charity? This is only possible thanks to our wonderful donators.

Please note, a portion of donations will end up on our site for resale the same way a portion of our paid for items end up in charity.

If there's a charity close to your heart that needs our help with clothing, homewear or toys and books/dvds, please get in touch and let us know.

We welcome offers from local volunteers who can deliver these items to local charities so if you want to get involved please do get in touch.
